Friendly and extremely knowledgeable family owned business that has spanned generations is a COT staple. From watch batteries and bands, charms, zippo lighters, fine rings, and necklaces -- this place has a lot in a small space and should be your first stop when shopping for a gift of fine jewelry.

It’s great to see such reviews. I’m the grandson of Rufus Walter Lane. I have nothing to do with the store but it’s great to see what my Grandfather was up too. Met him once in the early 60’s and he kept putting dollar bills in my pocket. Sadly he passed away in 1966. What a great man to build such a good store !

I have been going to Lanes since I moved to the Tonawandas. (30) yrs. They're knowledge and ideas for the perfect piece is amazing. I've had to put some things on they're lay away program, very easy program to follow They don't badger you for payments. Just an awesome family Business. You don't find places like this anymore

I now buy all my fine jewelry from Lane. My boyfriend buys all my birthday and Christmas presents from Lane. I am wearing the wedding ring my father bought my mother back in 1956 from Lane. I highly recommend them. Their customer service is excellent! I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Did an incredible job on my wife's engagement ring, including a beautiful wrap that they put on with three additional diamonds. She gets all sorts of compliments! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are great! I highly recommend!!

A local business that has been in the area for over 80 years! Very friendly staff who go above and beyond to accommodate their customers. I was in line behind three others and was surprised to here (um, overhear) the services they offered to ensure 100% satisfaction. The store is small and they do not have an option to special order except before Christmas. Sizing, battery replacement, and engraving services were all competitively priced. My father had his watch battery replaced and links removed for only $6 and in less than five minutes! Really, I didn’t even know you could purchase anything in today’s economy for less than a ten spot! The watch and ring selections were adequate, but not my taste. Overall, the entire store seemed aimed towards an older clientele. Staff do know their products and recommend if you are in need of a quick gift.

My family and I have done business with them for 40 yrs+. This time I had 3, very special rings to size and fused together. They look stunning! Very pleased! The ladies were so very kind.

This is a terrific long standing company in Tonawanda. They have a personal touch, you will be remembered and your taste will be considered in every recommendation. They have personalized gifts with thoughtfulness that add details that surpassed my imagination. The prices are also very reasonable especially considering the personal service you will get!
